I'm Kalika Sharma: the founder of AntidoteFX, NYU (& formerly Pratt Institute) professor, and RISD-trained animator. For 20 years I've worked at every scale: from 16mm film to social video & onsite motion systems for Carnegie Hall and stadium-size graphics for iHeartRadio Music Festival.

Most of my clients sit on a treasure trove: decades of brand heritage, deep research, and archives, and a need to shape it into something that evokes genuine emotion. The challenge isn't the content, it's finding the story that's the through-line, and building a video or video campaign around it. It's also crucial that this messaging holds its integrity at any scale, from the screen in a viewer's hand to a billboard in Times Square.

That's what I do.

I work with marketing and video teams at established brands as a strategic creative partner, from story development through final delivery. My team of collaborative specialists has created documentary shorts, video series, title sequences, and motion systems for brands like Carnegie Hall, Debt Free Justice, and Marriott Bonvoy. I teach in-house teams the motion and editorial workflows I've refined over 20 years, customized to their specific production challenges. This leads to better work, stronger communication with stakeholders, and a process these teams actually enjoy.

I speak about video strategy for legacy brands, creative leadership, and building high-performing teams where kindness isn't "just" a soft skill — it's the strategy.

My dining room table is my creative laboratory. Ink, collage, found objects, and other analog experiments find their way into the motion work I direct for global brands, adding a handmade quality that digital-only pipelines rarely produce.
