The Marriott Bonvoy series is the most complex production I've ever led. Across 16 months: 27 original animated videos, voiceover casting and direction in 6 languages, localization into 5 languages with onscreen text and voiceover, subtitles for 10 additional languages, a full cast of animated characters with multiple family units and costume changes, bespoke environments inspired by actual Marriott properties, and all sound design, music, and mix.
The theme that held it together: build a visual world once, and let every deliverable inherit its logic. That discipline is what made 175 total assets feel like one cohesive campaign, and what earned the project a 2024 Silver Telly Award in Travel & Tourism for Branded Content.
